Maine Dance Medicine is here to support the southern Maine community through both traditional and dance-specific physical therapy services. Whether you perform on stage or in your living room, the mission is to help you recover from injury and emerge stronger.
Private Pay
We operate as a fee-for-service physical therapy practice, which means we are out-of-network with all private and public health insurance providers. This allows us to prioritize high-quality, individualized care by dedicating ample one-on-one time to each patient.
Operating outside insurance networks enables us to utilize Direct Access, your legal right in Maine to see a licensed physical therapist for evaluation and treatment without a physician's referral. This streamlines your care, eliminates administrative delays, and allows you to receive necessary treatment for your injury or condition more quickly.
Payment will be collected at the beginning of your session. Payment methods accepted: cash, all major credit or debit cards, or Apple Pay.
Our services have straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You’ll always know how much your appointment costs before you book. We offer multiple session packages to fit your budget and treatment plan.
